QA/QC Introduction
Incoming QC is crucial to keep the production cost low and to keep the product quality high. Codyson has over 31 suppliers supplying materials, parts and components from color boxes to IC chips.Two high pot tests are located on different positions at the assembly line, in addition to the two 3-cycles product operation tests, and other QC positions such as cosmetics, operating current, ultrasonic wave shape check points.
Hourly completed product QC are performed on the products manufactured each hour. Final QCs are performed on each order before customer inspection.
