Shenzhen Codsyon was established in 2000, with a registered capital of 20 million RMB. We are an enterprise dedicated to the R&D and manufacturing of ultrasonic cleaners. All of our products have our own proprietary intellectual properties. Currently we own 137 patents including 26 international patents. We are a certified National High and New Technology Enterprise.

 

Quality Assured

Our products have CE, GS, PSE, ETL, CETL, SAA, CQC safety certificates and RoHS, PHAS, Reach environmental certificates. We are ISO9001 and ISO13485 certified. In society responsibility, we passed BSCI audit. For medical regulation, we registered as Class I medical device.

The company has 21,680 ㎡ of building area and 360 employees. It has various departments including Administration, Accounting, Business, R&D, QC, Electronics and Assembly Production, and Mechanical Production.

R&D is the core for a company’s innovation and growth. All of Codyson’s products have our own proprietary intellectual properties.

Utilizing years of experiences in commercial products, Codyson has weighed in medical products since 2010 and achieved an excellent result. The reputation of the company is further elevated.

In 2018, after developing transducers with better penetration powers accompanied with high efficiency circuitries, Codyson was granted with 5 invention patents and 18 utility patents in large alcohol processing equipment. The equipment is under the brand of “Codyson·Mellow”  and has built solid foundation for Codyson’s future development.

MANUFACTURING

 

1. 6 assembly lines: 4 for domestic products, 1 for commercial products and 1 for medical products, with daily output over 4,500 units.

2. State-of-art fully automated AI and SMT lines to produce high quality PCBs.

3. Custom designed automatic welding, gluing, inspection line to produce high quality ultrasonic transducers in large quantities.

4. 2 injection molding shops with 6 fully automated and man-free injection molding lines.

 

PCB PRODUCTION

 

The fully automated AI line consists of 19 major equipment. The fully automated SMT line consists of 11 major equipment.

 

WAREHOUSE

 

5000 to maintain proper inventories for raw materials and work-in-process pieces, to shorten production lead time. 3000㎡ to turn around 100,000 units of finished products/month.

 

QUALITY CONTROL

 

Through ODM co-operations with Citizen, Toshiba and other top brands, Codyson’s QC system has become paying more detail oriented, more standard and comprehensive. Codyson’s QC philosophy: Quality comes from manufacturing, not inspections. We follow ISO9001 and ISO13485 quality control systems. We provide periodical training to QC personnel from our suppliers. We push quality controls towards the starting point of the supply chain. This helps to prevent quality defects from batch production.

5-Location QC

Each production line has 5 QC locations to ensure timely discovery of defective product.

 PCB QC

PCBs are inspected with AOI (automated visual inspection). This is better than human inspections.

 

LABORATORIES

 

To discover design and material defects through lab testing.

Every new product has to pass all lab testing before being finalized.

A fully equipped lab is an important measure to ensure new product’s quality.

All new products have to pass 7 tests over 35 days.

Mechanical Production

 

3500sqm of area

6 automatic injection molding production lines consist of servo-driven injection molding presses, 3-axis robotic arms, automatic feeding system, infrared controlled collision-free conveyers

24-channel monitoring, operator-free molding process

2 fully automated feeding system, raw materials are feed through stainless steel pipes to injection molding presses directly, reducing human errors, avoiding contaminations

Packaging area is separated from injection molding area, achieving separation of human and machines

Mold repair shop is equipped with CNC milling machines, 3D Wire-cut EDM, EDM, laser welder and can repair molds quickly to ensure smooth and efficient molding operations.
